K-8 Pop Up Art Fair Workshop

This workshop will teach young artists how to price and market their art, make signage for their booth, and learn what makes a successful vending artist. Students will create their marketing materials, create an "elevator pitch" to sell their work during the vendor fair, and learn how to create an effective booth set up. 

***This workshop is a REQUIREMENT to be a vendor at the K-8 Pop Up Art Fair on April 28th from 11-4pm. Purchasing a $10 ticket for this workshop registers you for the Art Fair - no other sign up is required. The art fair is limited to 15 tables so register early! 

The K-8 Art Fair fosters creativity, math skills, business skills, and family bonding. It's a great opportunity for your child to prepare their arts and crafts and share them with others.

Kid's Pop-up Art Fair VENDOR Details:

Recommended for grades K-8th. Prepare art on your own to sell. Booth locations are first come first serve on the day of the event. Kids will be allotted a 6 foot table inside Jacoby Arts Center (BYO table- if there is a need for a table please contact Jacoby for assistance) Chairs are provided. 

Siblings/friends may sign up for the workshop seperately and share a table at the vendor event. We only have FIVE shared tables available so if you'd like to share please register both of your students early. You MUST purchase an individual ticket AND a shared ticket to register both students. 

*SET-UP STARTS AT 11AM on April 28th*

Vendors are responsible for bringing any of the following items (if desired): signage, bags or other suitable packaging, and display material you may want. Please take care to leave your area clean. 

UNLOAD/LOAD: Park at front door to unload/load. After unloading your supplies, please move your vehicle to the lot on the southeast of Jacoby Arts Center, bordered by Ridge Street and Landmarks Blvd.
