About the Event

Worry Dolls for Self-Care

Join Jacoby Arts Center and Missouri Art Therapy Association for a worry doll workshop to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month. 

Each participant will create their own worry doll as an act of self-care. Why mental health matters and different community art therapy opportunities will be discussed while participants engage in creativity as a way to address worry and other "big feelings." This will be a meaningful and relaxing time that ALL ages can enjoy and benefit from.

When: Sunday, May 19th 2-4pm

Who: all ages welcome

Fee: pay what you can (between $1-$10)

All supplies will be provided for this workshop!
