Schedule of events:

Vendor set up 12-6pm   Friday, April 5th, 2024

 Spring Fashion Show and Styling Tips -  Friday, April 5th, 2024 6-9pm

(doors and bar open at 6pm show at approx 6:30-7pm followed by shopping)

Vendors may provide 3 models and a short description of look and styling tips for each

Spring Fashion Pop-Up Shop - Friday and Saturday, April 6th, 11-4pm  Jacoby Arts Center Main Gallery open to the public for Spring Shopping

Teardown by 5pm Saturday or Sunday 12-2

*SET-UP STARTS AT 12 pm on Friday* Vendors will be allotted a 16 x 6 ft space for tables inside the main gallery at Jacoby Arts Center, access to electricity is available.  Vendors are responsible for bringing any of the following items (if desired): tables, chairs, signage, bags or other suitable packaging, and display material. Please take care to leave your area free of litter or any debris from your product. After unloading your supplies in front of the main doors, please park in the lot to the southeast of Jacoby Arts Center, bordered by Ridge Street and Landmarks Blvd.  The registration fee is $20. Pay at time of registration to secure your spot! You will be provided drink coupons to use throughout the weekend equalling $20, courtesy of our sponsor Strangelovely.

ALLOWABLE PRODUCTS: This is a Spring Fashion event to include handmade, vintage and thrift clothing booths. In short, yard sale/flea market type booths and home-based retail businesses, are NOT permitted. Boutique booths that feature vintage resale items, hip thrift, or stylish resale clothing are allowed.

By submitting this form, I agree to assume liability for the sale of my handmade products, homegrown fruits and vegetables, plants, flowers, processed foods of a non-hazardous nature from home sources, etc., which I or my representatives may legally sell at Jacoby Arts Center and will furnish samples upon request for laboratory analysis. I pledge that anything I sell will be homegrown or handmade by me, a member of my family or my farm cooperative.  I understand that if I have not arrived to set up by TWENTY MINUTES PRIOR to the start of the market, there is a possibility that my space may be utilized by another vendor. PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SPACE or NO SHOWS.
