About the Event

Sacred Sounds  F U L L   M O O N  Holiday Soundbath 

December 18th from 7-8:30PM, Doors at 6PM 

Join us for a spirited and beautiful evening of sacred soundings and full moon energy.   

We  invite you to relax in the healing sounds and vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls, the deep and mystical sounds of the 32" Planetary gong  plus other sweet-sounding instruments that relax the body and free the mind.  

Join us for a beautiful night of relaxation and ease!

Sound vibration is medicine for the soul and it's the perfect time of year to share with friends or a loved one!!

*Simply lie back and feel effortless relaxation.

WHAT TO BRING!! 

- yoga mat + blanket to lie on for max comfort) 

- additional blanket to cover up with (body goes down 1 degree and you can get chilled) 

- eye cover for best experience! Hydrate that day!  

(Recommend) NO CAFFEINE 4 hours prior to event

    WHAT TO BRING: PER COVID-19 we are requesting you to bring some items: - Yoga mat or a blanket to fold and lie on top of - light blanket to cover up with (body temps go down when we lie still) and most get a bit chilled - water PLEASE ARRIVE: 20 minutes early so you can get settled in and cozy (use restrooms before is recommended.) The soundbath will start promptly at 7pm. TIPS FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE: 1) We recommend that you eat light 2 hours before (not heavy) because a full stomach usua
