Jacoby Arts Center's 2nd Annual Halloween Party
Join us for a wicked good time Monday, October 31 from 6-10pm.
First come, first serve Indoor/Outdoor Seating for the Alton Halloween Parade.
The parade will begin at the corner of Washington Avenue and Broadway and continue on Broadway to Piasa Street, passing directly in front of Jacoby.
Parking is behind Jacoby or walk across the street from the 4th and Ridge lot.
