Etch and Sketch Summer Camp

The artist sketchbook is equivalent to the authors journal! It’s a place to explore, practice techniques and store ideas. It becomes an individual tool and resource for the artist.
This class is designed for students who are artistic, love to draw and want to learn to draw better. We will begin the week by creating our own sketchbook, and then spend the rest of the week filling it up. Modern masters and illustrators will introduce us to a variety of artistic styles, tips and tricks and with their help we will participate in a variety experiences with step by step, hands-on instructions. This class is designed to stretch imaginations while learning the basics of value, form, line, patterns, color, texture and composition.
In addition to filling their sketch book’s kids will create different kinds of frame worthy drawings!
