Mixed level adult ballet class emphasizing the ballet aesthetic while toning the body & brain! 

Paula Beals has 50 plus years of teaching experience in ballet & modern dance and is a certified yoga instructor. Have fun with a great group of women while doing something good for you.

We offer quality dance education and foster a love for the performing arts.

Our professional dance instruction is in a nurturing, non-competitive environment.

Students develop and refine skills and artistry in class that support both physical and emotional development.
