With its precise rhythm and cycles, it's always 'on time' and always showing up for us. The amazingness of the moon is powerful and always shifting. Just like the moon, we are always shifting too. Using the moon cycle is a great way to help us in our lives, as change constantly swirls around us.

Tarot card messages are a fun way to explore broader perspectives and create understanding in our lives. 

Sound vibration has an amazing ability to calm the mind and body to promote a state of relaxation, ease and openness. Often we may find that thoughts, ideas and insight come to us during or after the soundbath.
