About the Event

Autism Spectrum "Mommy & Me" Mother's Day event

Create ART & Create Connection with an exploratory art time with teacher Caitlin McCall, celebrating Mother's Day! 

Sunday May 14th

Teacher: Caitlin McCall

Time: 12:30-1:30 pm and 2-3pm

Cost: $10 for both Mom and child, including coffee for Mom!

Ages: Kids ages 6-9 at 12:30, kids ages 10 and up at 2pm

Description:

Children on the autism spectrum will make an artwork using a variety of materials they choose. Moms will get to enjoy making artwork with their child OR may relax and share their experiences in a judgment-free space with other Moms nearby. Coffee will be provided.

Family members have the option to share successes, struggles, and helpful tools. I will create a list of topics and resources for families to share and connect. There will be a variety of sensory media for students to choose from.

Minimum: 4 students for each section

Max: 10 students for each section
