JACOBY ARTS CENTER is hosting a free to the public Art Market in our Main Gallery, as a part of The Alton Eagle Ice Festival. The Alton Eagle Ice Festival is a popular free event hosted by Great Rivers and Routes drawing hundreds of visitors to downtown Alton.

Stay WARM and shop COOL local arts, crafts & handmade goods during this FUN winter event!
