Join us for a 4-week class every THURSDAY for African Diaspora Dance!

Come explore the way African Diaspora Dance can influence the soul and power of movement.Â
Classes will offer a creative experience and the physical benefits of dance including— breath work, isolation, barre work, core strengthening, and stamina training.Â
In this beginners class, dancers will be educated on the Afro-Haitian spiritual culture through dances, asanas, songs, and rhythms - with a touch of modern dance.
