Relax in the beautiful Jacoby Arts Center gallery and take this meditative time to explore art! Participants will receive a short instruction on a new art technique followed by guided meditation and/or music to help unleash your creativity. Stress can be heavy...come as you are and let the paper hold your weight! No experience necessary.
